Support for password box

description

As requested from Brecht:

"Is it possible to have a property in my options model that will render a PasswordBox instead of a regular TextBox. I thought it would be possible to set the InputScopeNameValue=InputScopeNameValue.Password, but that will not render a PasswordBox."

Resolved with changeset 24473: Added a first version of password box support (both WP7 and WP8).

I checked in a first version of this. Adding support for passwords required a different structure than for previous data types, because unfortunately the built-in password box control is sealed.

The first version supports both single passwords (e.g. for authentication purposes) as well as displaying a separate password confirmation box (e.g. for defining/changing a password). There's no documentation or NuGet package yet, however the two sample applications in the source code demonstrate the usage of the new feature (i.e. the new OptionPasswordAttribute).

Super, this is exactly what I need.

I tested the WP7 version and it works flawless.

What you also could implement is an option to show a 'show password' checkbox (as used in the connect page for a WIFI network). I personally don't need that feature, but I can imagine someone will.
